Please find your Contract of Employment attached, once you have filled out your side, we will send you a signed copy from management. If you have been working with us previously, this will most likely be back-dated with your start date and the rate of pay you were paid when you started working with us. Please be rest assured that the time you have been employed by us it has been employment "pending contract" and up to signing this agreement, with all UK statutory rights in place. The company has registered you with HMRC and ensures timely payment of all necessary taxes.
