Supervisor Nightly Report

To be completed by the Supervisor each evening without fail, if there are issues with it the detail can be written in a WhatsApp message and sent to the DM Managers Group or George directly. This is an important licensing due diligence document, it may not be checked immediately or the next morning so if there are any issues that are time sensitive these MUST be also added to the DM Managers Group.
